BUCHAREST OTOPENI - AIRPORT (Airport code: OTP) is located
16km (10 miles) north from the city (travel time – 25 minutes). Check
in time: counter opens 2hrs before flight departure and closes 30
mins before flight departure. Hotel and car rental agencies have offices
in the arrivals terminal. |

Visas Visa are required for all visitors except American and EU citizens, who are permitted 30 days free travel.
Single-entry transit and tourist visa are available at the border. A 30 day single entry visa costs around 30 EUR.
If you stay in the country past your visa's expiration you will be charged upon departure for an additional 30-day visa.
